Is it safe to pay on this website?

Yes. Checkout is hosted by Shopify, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment platform, and every page is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We never see or store your full card details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. They typically include major credit and debit cards and popular digital wallets.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible at contact@infopocket.shop. If the order has not been processed for shipping yet, we will update or cancel it for you.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after that. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package on our Track Your Order page.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging. Read the full Refund Policy.

Can I return socks I have tried on?

For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or washed cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Unopened socks in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

How do I choose a compression sock size?

Can I wear compression socks on a plane?

What size suitcase can I take as a carry-on?
