Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time or on weekends begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email right after purchase.

Delivery times

We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak seasons.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination, and are always shown before you pay. Any free-shipping promotion will be displayed in your cart and at checkout.

Order tracking

Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your package leaves, we email you a tracking number, which you can also follow on our Track Your Order page. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us immediately — we can update the address only before the order ships. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we will always do our best to help.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
